The University of the West Indies Mona wishes to advise that it will be carrying out a scheduled upgrade of critical electrical infrastructure that will result in a shutdown of the Campus' ICT Services from Wednesday, December 28th at 1:00 am to Saturday, December 31st at 10 pm.

During this maintenance window all ICT Services, including the following platforms will be unavailable:

• Internet Services
• The UWI Mona Website
• Email Delivery for Staff and Students
• Undergraduate and Graduate Applications for Academic Year 2023/24
• Teaching and Learning Platforms
• Student and Staff Administrative Systems

The resumption of all ICT services will commence immediately after the scheduled electrical works have been completed. The University apologizes for any inconvenience that may be caused during this period. We appreciate your patience and understanding and extend our best wishes for the season.
