Short Course

The course will explain the importance of being productive in the workplace as well as compare and contrast being efficient, effective and productive. It will also seek to calculate single-factor and multi-factor productivity and discuss productivity research findings and recommendations. Additionally, it will allow students to develop strategies to improve productivity at the workplace.
