The Office of Administration at The University of the West Indies (The UWI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Tres-Ann Kremer as the new Director of the University's Institute of Criminal Justice & Security.

Ms. Althea Gordon has been appointed Campus Registrar of The University of the West Indies (The UWI) Open Campus. Ms Gordon’s appointment takes effect on August 1, 2021. She replaces Mrs Karen Ford-Warner who retires at the end of July 2021.

The University of the West Indies (The UWI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr Francis Severin as Interim Principal of its Open Campus effective August 1, 2021. The appointment was approved at the Annual Business Meeting of University Council held on Friday April 30, 2021 via Zoom.

On Wednesday, July 14, Vice-Chancellor of The University of the West Indies (The UWI) Professor Sir Hilary Beckles, leading the University’s Executive Management Team in a strategic planning retreat, launched Operation RR75+, the second, five years of its ten-year strategic plan.
